Summary items​

  • Average save rate - The percentage of saved subscriptions during the selected date range averaged within the selected interval filter (daily, weekly or monthly).
  • Average deflect rate - The percentage of deflected subscriptions averaged within the selected interval filter (daily, weekly or monthly).
  • Total retention rate - The percentage of subscriptions retained after a cancellation flow session.
  • Total subscriptions - The total number of subscriptions that have gone through the cancellation flow at least once.
  • Saved - The total number of subscriptions with with a saved status within the selected date range.
  • Deflected - The total number of subscriptions with with a deflected status within the selected date range.
  • Canceled - The total number of subscriptions with with a canceled status within the selected date range.
