Summary items​

  • Average save rate - The percentage of saved sessions during the selected date range averaged within the selected interval filter (daily, weekly or monthly).
  • Average deflect rate - The percentage of deflected sessions during the selected date range averaged within the selected interval filter (daily, weekly or monthly).
  • Total sessions - The total number of sessions occurring within the selected date range.
  • Saved - The total number of sessions with a saved status within the selected date range.
  • Deflected - The total number of sessions with a deflected status within the selected date range.
  • Canceled - The total number of sessions with a canceled status within the selected date range.
  • Incomplete - The total number of sessions with a incomplete status within the selected date range.
