Retained revenue details

View individual completed payments from saved or deflected subscribers.

This report is only available on ProsperStack accounts integrated with a subscription platform, not a custom integration.

Filtering by type​

Use the Type filter to choose which retained revenue outcomes to include:

  • All — Payments attributed to both saved and deflected subscribers
  • Saved — Payments attributed to subscribers who accepted a retention offer
  • Deflected — Payments attributed to a deflected session outcome

Understanding the results​

Each row identifies the subscriber, payment amount, saved or deflected type, invoice number or platform invoice ID when available, and the date the payment occurred.

The report lists completed payments rather than the MRR or ARR of an active subscription. For recurring revenue and aggregate dashboard metrics, see the retention dashboard.
