Connect your subscription platform
Typical owner: Subscription platform administrator
You will need: Administrator access to your subscription platform; and for Shopify-based platforms, your Shopify store
Connecting your subscription platform allows ProsperStack to identify customers and subscriptions, perform supported cancellation and offer actions, and report on outcomes.
Refer to your platform's specific guide for help with required credentials and permissions.
If your platform is not supported, use a custom integration. With a custom integration, your application is responsible for handling cancellations, coupons, pauses and other subscription changes based on the result returned by ProsperStack.
Use test mode to connect a test or development account when one is available from your subscription platform. Test mode is isolated from live billing data and has its own client ID.
After the platform is connected, continue to integrating ProsperStack. Flow configuration and technical integration can proceed in parallel.
