Publishing a flow controls which version ProsperStack serves. Your application deployment, Shopify theme publication or customer portal link controls whether customers enter ProsperStack at all.

At launch, publish the approved flow, deploy or enable the production entry point, and complete the controlled smoke test. Then review sessions to confirm that customers enter the expected flow and that outcomes are properly handled.

Launch checklist​

  • Production and test subscription platform connections are configured as needed
  • The integration path and owner are confirmed
  • The existing cancel entry point opens ProsperStack with the correct subscription
  • Cancellation timing, offers, copy and compliance requirements are approved
  • Flow paths have been previewed and tested end to end
  • Desktop and mobile experiences have been reviewed
  • The correct flow is published and the production entry point is ready
  • Deployment, test, monitoring and rollback owners are available
