Integrate ProsperStack

You will need: Access to the application, website, customer portal or theme that currently handles cancellation

ProsperStack replaces or intercepts the point where an authenticated customer currently starts a cancellation. The right integration path depends on where customers manage their subscriptions.

Application or website embed​

Use the ProsperStack JavaScript library when the cancel action lives in your application or website. Your implementation needs to:

  1. Load the flow library
  2. Call it when the customer selects the cancel action
  3. Pass the ProsperStack client ID and the current subscription's platform ID
  4. Handle the result after the customer completes a session

The customer and subscription identifiers must come from the signed-in customer's session or another trusted source.

Shopify subscription portal or theme​

For supported Shopify subscription platforms, follow your platform's setup guide to connect Shopify and install the ProsperStack customer portal snippet. The snippet is generated for your account and added to the appropriate Shopify theme or subscription portal location.

ProsperStack customer portal​

If your connected platform supports it, you can enable the ProsperStack customer portal and link to it from your website without an embedded flow. Customers verify their identity by email before managing their subscription.
